Terms of Service

Welcome to Word Slicer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Word Slicer mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Word Slicer, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account with a username to participate in leaderboards and track your progress. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to:

• Use offensive, misleading, or impersonating usernames
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or rankings

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Word Slicer only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the App
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Submit false scores or manipulate game mechanics
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (please report them to us instead)
• Interfere with servers, networks, or other users' experience
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Word Slicer Pro: The App offers an optional premium subscription ("Word Slicer Pro") that provides additional features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscription fees are charged according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Word Slicer — including but not limited to graphics, user interface, game mechanics, audio, text, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Content

Your gameplay data, scores, and usernames are stored on our servers. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use this data for operating and improving the service, including displaying your username and scores on leaderboards.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your leaderboard entries may be removed
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your app store

8. Disclaimers

Word Slicer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
